The maximum capacity inside the mansion is 125 guests for a cocktail reception and 75 for a plated meal. The maximum capacity of a tented event is 300 guests. There is a $300 fee for any event with 250 or more guests. Please note: an event with more than 150 guests on a Monday – Friday or Sunday will be charged the Saturday rate for its given season.
The Renter shall pay to Whitehall a $1,000 Damage/Clean-Up Deposit when an agreement is signed and deposit is made. This deposit is refundable should there be no undue damage or clean-up following the Event.
Failure to Vacate Premises
The Renter will be charged a $100 per hour fee for any take-down, clearing or clean-up that takes place after the time allotted in the Rental Agreement. When applicable, the Renter will be charged a $100 per hour fee for any rehearsal that extends beyond the time allotted in the Rental Agreement
A NON-REFUNDABLE reservation Deposit equal to 50% of the total Rental Rate is required at the signing of the Rental Agreement. Balance is due 90 days prior to event. 5% fee is added for credit card transactions.
Whitehall Security Personnel shall protect Whitehall’s property, monitor parking and music volume, assist the Renter and the bartender in enforcing Whitehall’s alcoholic beverage policy and provide access to the mansion and grounds during set-up and take-down of the scheduled event, including rehearsals, when applicable. The Renter agrees to pay for Whitehall Security Personnel at a rate of $35 per hour for each hour of access to the mansion and grounds.
The garden terrace (tent area) is 40’ x 120’ in length. Tents longer than 120’ are permitted; however, due to wear and tear on the lawn areas, an additional charge is necessary. Use of a tent that is 140’ in length is an additional $400 and use of a tent that is 160’ in length is an additional $750.
Auxiliary tents, such as cook tents, may be placed on the grounds for an additional charge of $250 per occurrence. Such tents may not exceed 20’ x 20’ and the placement thereof shall be approved by Whitehall staff.
